After the success of Yoga 06/07 we resumed classes in November 2007.  We changed venue to Rodels in Kalamaki and we would all like to thank Rod and Adele for their hospitality.  Classes continued through the winter with a short break for Christmas.  Many of the ladies from last year returned and we had more new ladies as well.  Some events that happened during this time:-  Ann our teacher became a Grandma and  Rochelle qualified as a full Yoga Instructor so we now have two teachers so next year perhaps even more classes.  If you are interested in joining please e-mail me using the link below for more information.

For our last Yoga of the season we again decided to have an outdoor class and a picnic.  The location we chose was the old castle in Zante Town,  The castle is open all year although in the winter sadly not many people go, so we had the place more or less to ourselves.  The weather although not bright blue skies and sun was warm and very pleasant.  Here are a few pictures. We chose the old well in the castle grounds for our class and the picnic.
